1 - How many years are we going to talk about PARKING. Create some more areas like Park East where possible. The beach is incredibly crowded as it is. More people, more traffic, more mess.

1 - entrance to the beach where the toll booths are could be a pretty arch that is inviting

1 - There needs to be someone who cares about collecting the trash on the beach. The current help races their ATV up and down the beach, never stopping to pick up the trash. It's a paid joy ride for them.

1 - Add palms and landscape on west end of beach. Add landscape on Pensacola Beach road and beautify that entrance. REMOVE all those trash bins/dumpsters in core everywhere!!! Clear everything in core parking--storage of fences,dumpsters,stored trucks, more.
